I would highly recommend KG! He made custom cushions for a dining nook for us and they turned out better than we even expected! KG is professional, amazing customer service, and the whole process took about 2 weeks start to finish. He came to our house to make sure the foam was the correct measurement before adding the fabric and then came a week later to deliver the final product. SO happy we went with KG and would recommend him to anyone.
We were drawn to use KG’s service by the amazing google reviews he’s received - and we weren’t disappointed! KG is very responsive, and works with you to make sure he understands exactly what you need. We recently had a breakfast nook built into our kitchen, and worked with KG to build custom cushions for it. He talked to us about the different foams available - including benefits and price points of each - and helped us to pick the perfect fabric to stand up to the wear and tear (and mess-making potential) of kitchen use, while still being soft and comfy. We had a similar experience to others, where he delivered more quickly than he’d estimated. Such a lovely surprise! We are very happy with the result - the cushions are firm and comfortable, and fit the bench perfectly. We will definitely return to KG for any upholstery needs in the future!
October 5, 2025 Great professional courteous customized service! KG reupholstered my set of antique chairs with one loveseat and two chairs. From initial contact, throughout follow-up inquiries, until delivery of services, KG listened carefully to my requirements, was flexible and advised in the selection of fabrics, proactively responded, and did the job within agreed time. It had been a awhile since I encountered such no-fuss, no complication, smooth, high quality of service and satisfaction in home services. KG did a fabulous job giving new life to a vintage wing back chair that originally belonged to my Mom & Dad! KG took his time with me in selecting the fabric for the chair. I brought in photos so we could see the colours of the room & help match a complimentary colour. I highly recommend KG Upholstery for any re-upholstery job!
