We have been to this Lincoln Park location 3 times now and haven’t been disappointed. Virginia has done a great job! My son previously had a haircut at another location and it was less than ideal. We went to Virginia at the LP location and she was able to fix it right up. She was also so patient with our toddler. Highly recommend!
Got there in time for my 3 yo hair cut, waited for a while like almost 15 min. When I asked the status to the cashier lady, she very rudely did “I will be right there”…. I didnt feel comfortable having such a rude person close to my child face with scissor. And it felt so improvised, like why is the cashier now wanting to cut my kid hair. She was there when I checked in and sitting the whole time. I cancelled. I didn’t feel comfortable with her rudeness around my little one. Stay away from here!
Me and my wife came In for our 10 month old sons first professional haircut after I cut is bangs horribly myself Alecia was awesome at making his hair perfect again !
The overall experience was good since it was easy in and out but I didn’t like how they put iPad in front of kids immediately as opposed to asking or interacting. We usually limit screens and my son has been to other salons and have gotten haircut without a screen with no problem but if one was just there already and playing then he’s going to look at it. I didn’t want to take it away at that point potentially causing a scene. Our hairdresser didn’t really speak English so communication was not great. Ultimately the job was done smoothly but not sure if I’ll come back. Was hoping for more interaction in a kid friendly way since I can easily bring my iPad to just any salon.
This place is great for kids haircuts! I took my 6 and 2 yos and it went perfectly. The stylists had patience and many techniques for my toddler to prevent meltdown. They wiped down the chairs and tablets and had Youtube kids ready to go. My 2yo received a very cute certificate and $5off next haircut coupon. My 6 yr old was styled so cutely after her trim. Highly recommend.
