Came in for my 1 year olds second hair cut and it went so well. We had Lucy & she was great. His hair came out exactly how I wanted it.
I could not recommend this place more! Brought my daughter (almost 3) here on Saturday morning for her first haircut - they were very busy but staff was so nice. They got everyone through fairly quickly but didn't feel rushed at all.
Came here for the first time, with my 2 year old son who has very nice beautiful long curly blonde hair, for his first haircut... the lady seemed very bothered that I didn't want to buzz cut his hair, we wanted an actual haircut. She actually said to me "you picked a very difficult haircut for his first hair cut, we usually use buzzers" .... Just really confused because how do you cut a 2 year old girl's hair then?
My twins had Lucy and Leah and they were both amazing. Very happy with the boys haircuts! And my boys love getting their hair cuts there! Awesome place! Highly recommend!
Tried out this salon for my 4 year old daughter. I’ve only ever taken her to my hair stylist, and wanted her to experience a more kid friendly place. I won’t be returning. We had Leah. Went first thing in the morning, so place was quiet. She wasn’t friendly. No introduction, just tells my daughter to pick something out of a case. We’ve never been here, I had to chime in that we’ve never been here before. It’s a kids place, workers should be bubbly, introduce your self. She wasn’t mean to my daughter by any means, but just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I told her what I wanted, and she did a horrible job. I said I wasn’t sure how much to cut, 1.5-2inches and just angle the front of her face. When she was cutting her hair, i said it still looked really long.. her response “you said 1.5, that’s what I cut off”. She Made it pretty clear she didn’t want to cut more off. Said girls cut comes with Braids and glitter gel, finished that and we left. Getting home, I realized how poorly her hair was cut. The back wasn’t even, it was choppy, she slanted the hair on the sides of her head, so much that the front of her hair was wayyyy shorter than the back of her hair. And honestly it didn’t look like much hair was even cut off the back. I was actually mad that I didn’t ask her to cut more off, but I feel like when I made the statement to her, that I felt my daughters hair was still too long, she should of asked me if I wanted more off. I called my hair dresser and had my daughter seen today to have it fixed. My hair stylist was shocked at how uneven her hair was! and actually the right side of her hair was longer than the left. She hadn’t had her hair cut in months, and really needed more hair cut off to get rid of the rough ends she had from months of chlorine damage in swim class. It was really disappointing. The place in general is really cute! The idea behind it is great, having a place that has entertainment for the little ones, with a prize and glitter gel in their hair is awesome and fun. But unfortunately the quality of the hair cut we received was poor.
