Always have the best service and experience at Kim's! In a last minute emergency she fixed up my broken nails a few days before my engagement and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Kind people, exceptional service and the nails LAST. No chipping or lifting. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Hear me out bio gel nails from Kim Nail & Spa changed my world, it's like every nail is a pretty tool now, I can do anything I want and nothing can damage them, I am a raccoon and always poking my fingers into treacherous places and never dreamt this could be possible. For the entire like 5-ish weeks I am so cute and they are indestructible. Then I come for a refill. I don't actually know how long they would last for. Til the grave maybe. So strong. So perfect. So presh. Got bio gel nails about a year ago? on recommendation after coming here for regular shellac manicures for years which were also lovely and long lasting. Prices are very good for Toronto I think. I just see my therapist a little less. It's the same result :) The salon is a cute convenient spot with natural light and everyone is very nice and professional. They are nice to chat to and also let me stare into space quietly. They have a good colour selection including unusual colours and sparklies. A+ would & do recommend.

I’ve been going to Kim’s nails for over a year now and honestly I will never go anywhere else again! All the nail techs are so lovely and they take their time to make sure you’re getting the nails you want. Recently Kim did my nails and she’s an absolute delight!! She made sure I was comfortable and that the shape was perfect. I’m super picky and love a sharp square and she made sure to check in with me every step of the way! I Can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking for a nail and spa place this will be your new go to.

My daughter and I have been getting our nails done here for a few years now. The service is always professional and high quality. I have never been dissatisfied or had any issues. It’s so great to walk in and know everyone and leave with a great manicure!

I’ve been coming here since I was in university (it’s been 10+ years) and it’s been my favourite nail salon in the city. Everyone is friendly and so professional! They have a wide variety of colors and styles, they always have something new for the season. The salon is always clean and tidy! I recommended my mom here as well and she loves it! Highly recommend visiting here!!
