I usually use H&R Block online for personal income tax but since I have recently moved to PA I needed help with my personal income tax. Come to find out I owe taxes this year and wanted to know why and how to prevent it next year, the accountant could not answer any of my questions besides telling to ask my employer, completely useless! Definitely do not recommend this place. Waste of money! UPDATE: I'm writing an update to the previous review. Since posting the review, a representative from Kim Yeung Ling PC has reached out to me and provided a follow up service from a senior accountant. Mr. Chow was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered and addressed my pervious tax questions and concerns. I don't think the first accountant was very experienced, but I'm happy with the service Mr. Chow provided and would return again.

Worst accountant experience I've ever had. Estimate was off by $2+k and no explanation as to why. They said the IRS was right that the refund due was $2000 less than what they estimated and not sure how you could be that wrong. Charged me $1800 for small business + personal tax which is the most I've ever been charged. I went with them because I thought they would be able to get me a signficant refund but they weren't and also aren't willing to refund any of the money I paid even though that's extremely overpriced AND they estimated everything wrong. I could've done the taxes myself and been as (in)accurate as they were. Now the accountant I worked with (Charles) is not responsive to my questions about why this went so wrong. 0/10 do not recommend. Very disappointing as a small business owner myself and I will not have to pay a separate accountant to fix it because there's no way I should have gotten such a small refund. DO NOT trust these positive reviews, that's what got me to go with them in the first place.

I first connected with Kim Yeung Ling P.C when I had a complex issue with my multistate tax filing. They swiftly resolved the problem, and I’ve been a loyal client ever since. The convenience of simply uploading my documents and having my taxes done with minimal effort is invaluable. All I need to do is review and sign, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Working with Charles has been particularly fantastic. His friendly yet professional demeanor, combined with his prompt responses to all my questions, has made managing my taxes much easier. I highly recommend.
