Ordered them through Uber eats. $63 dollars later food was not good. Every single thing had an issue. Asked for two sides of JUST spicy teriyaki steak. Received mostly veggies and maybe 6 peices of steak and it wasnt well or spicy. Ordered $13 soft shell crab to receive the pic attached. A mess. The sweet carrots I ordered for my baby she wouldn't even eat but loves them previously. The food was subpar from the quality i have known previously from Kimono. The food quality has went down here as many resteraunts and I'm honestly tired of paying so much when I consider eating out (which I dont do often). I did have kanisu that was good for the first time. However, I requested a spicy mayo drizzle on top and was given white sauce. Wasn't a fan of them doing that. Wish these resteraunts would treat there patrons better and take food service and safety more seriously.

Bad experience from start to finish. Our waitress approached the table with a bad attitude and refused to answer simple menu questions. After we ordered, she ignored us completely. We waited about 45 minutes with no updates and couldn’t get her attention. Finally, we asked a different waitress to check on our order. She brought out our food immediately. It was obvious it had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Everything was already cooling off and turned cold within minutes. The taste of the food and the price was okay if the food had been hot. Between the poor service and the cold food, I won’t be returning.

The waiter was very nice and friendly and so was the cashier. When we all three ordered the fried rice was bad, like it went bad the night before. It smelled and tasted bad. We asked the waiter about it she took all three dishes and had them cooked again. I was able to see the cook cooking our food again. When they realized I was looking at them they threw the bad food away and started all over again like it was supposed to be done. Then we got our food but my steak was uncooked so I told the waiter to have it fully cooked. Since they saw me while cooking they we very careful but took my dish to a place I wasn't able to see and then laughed and talked among them. I was able to hear them too since they spoke Spanish. I'm pretty sure they spat my food. Last time there

We made a reservation at Kimono two weeks ago for a wonderful family dinner on a special day. They prepared a wonderful course meal. The sashimi and sushi were so fresh and sweet. Every course was delicious and wonderful. I regret not taking pictures because I was eating so deliciously. Thank you so much for preparing everything beautifully from the appetizers to the last dessert.
