Photo of florals my friend received did not accurately reflect the photo listed on website. I am quite disappointed. The photo online demonstrates neutral tones, tied together with neutral white-ish greenery. The photo on the website also contains more roses and is a more full bouquet. I would never order brightly coloured orange and hot pink flowers together, this it not my style or my friend's. I recommend this company update the photos on their website to reflect the vast difference in bouquet colours (and smaller sizes). They were also very expensive ($166.04).
I had bought the premium Fruits and Blooms premium basket from Kitchener Ontario Florist that is supposed to come with: - One potted azalea plant decorates a gift basket containing five apples, five pears, six oranges and six bananas. - Decorated with a large bow. The attached image shows what was received that includes no potted azalea plant (or any flowered plant for that matter)… help me count the five apples, five pears and six oranges.
Excellent experience today purchasing flowers today at a reasonable price. The florist clarified what I needed, she advised and put together a beautiful little bouquet with fresh flowers, thoughtfully wrapped for the occasion. A place to remember, I will be a returning customer for sure.
My son sent me two dozen roses for Valentine’s Day. They were left on my unprotected porch in -10 weather and froze. No attempt was made to contact me about the delivery. By the time I found them, they were frozen. By Saturday they were shrivelled and brown. When I phoned , the person to whom I spoke denied having fulfilled the order despite the card identifying Kitchener Ontario Florists. He said he would check and call me back. He called once when I was out and never again. The email address in the web site is invalid and no one is answering the phone. I have not told my son as I’m sure he would be devastated as am I.
My best friend bought me flowers for Mothers Day that never arrived. She emailed today and was told fresh flowers would come over the next few days to fulfill the late Mothers Day order. She was ok with waiting. Two hours later I received a delivery from this florist with half-dead flowers that were dropping petals and browning. It also did not look anything like the upgraded bouquet that she spent a lot of money on. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. Late delivery, mostly dead flowers. I wouldn't recommend this florist for these reasons. I'm uploading photos but keep in mind that my camera likes to brighten flowers so they are not as bright in person as my phone beautified them. My suggestion is to find a reliable and ethical florist.
