I would not use this provider! We went to them in 2024. During our meeting they asked us zero questions and handed us our return. We said that doesn't look right, you should have x amount of forms. They said we didn't send everything, we said we did. They looked again and found a document that significantly changed our return. They reassessed. We asked "are you sure." A week goes by and we receive a call to come in and sign a new reassessment. When we went in there was a huge difference to what we would receive. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed our child for being a distraction during our previous visit. I couldn't believe that was their response. Yet, at no time did they ever walk is through or confirm with us that they combed through our claim. And even with us asking if they had included this, this and this did they still get our return wrong three times and at no point asked us any questions to assure they were correct. Fast forward to now, I received a document from CRA stating I owe 2100.00 for my 2024 tax return. Never in my entire 22 years of tax returns have I ever had a claim be this wrong and with such little regard or customer care. Edit: Your response is nothing short of my experience with this company! Stating that we are not asked sufficient questions as being 'inaccurate' is simply a polite way of calling me a liar and undermining my experience. We were put in a office where the first words to us, from the gentleman, was here are your assessments. We were shocked because other than submitting our forms, we were not asked a single question. In fact we were the ones to ask if he had included this document and that document, which were not included and led to multiple adjustments. You also neglected to have the company take any responsibility for our experience. It is not merely the reassessment that is an issue. It is the way were handled, the wrong assessments that occured several times before filing, the blaming of my child, and the complete lack of accountability.
