As a resent retired Dofasco Manager, I must say the Kraun installer Kaleigh, performed her roll exceptionally well. Not only was she professional but her friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience enjoyable. The software side was explained in great detail and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The finished product looks amazing and I am completely satisfied.

Great electrician! Work was great, helped with any questions we had, etc. However, the dispatching centre did not let us know the first electrician was not showing up (after I stayed home from work to wait for them; I had to call them!). After rescheduling, the next electrician was delayed for an hour in bad weather but the call centre did not inform us about this- we had to call them - again. Today, an inspector showed up to review the work the electrician had done, nice guy, but, again- no one told us there was anyone coming. Kraun, your electricians and inspectors are great but you do them a disservice with your atrocious customer communication. 5 stars for the electrician, 1 star for your company's customer communication.

Jamie and another electrician replaced/upgraded my electrical panel. Not only did they do excellent work and clean up, but they took the time to show me how the panel, surge protector etc works. They were very efficient. Also, maybe not as important to some people, but important to me, they were very friendly and personable. I have used Kraun for electrical needs in the past and would never call any other company. PS. They treated the dog like it was their own!! She loved them.

Update September 28/25 We recently had Gemstone lights installed by Kraun Electric Inc. Nathan Jarvis handled both the estimate and the installation, and Kaleigh Andrews was also there for the installation. Everything went smoothly, and when there was a small manufacturing mix-up with the colour of one track, Nathan followed up quickly and returned the following week to complete the installation. Both Nathan and Kaleigh were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We’re very happy with the service, the team, and our new Gemstone outdoor lighting! Update August 19/25 The George and Jeremy came to our home today to complete more electrical upgrades. They did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed neatly and with great attention to detail. We really appreciated how respectful they were of our home and how smoothly the whole process went. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Kraun to others. Thank you George, Jeremy and Kraun! We’ve been updating our electrical over the past few years, and Kraun Electric has been our go-to for every project. Connor has always been our electrician, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and consistently delivers high-quality results. He takes the time to explain things clearly, is respectful of our home, and always ensures everything is done safely and efficiently. We highly recommend Kraun—and especially Connor—for any electrical work!

Amazing work by Nathan at Kraun on our Gemstone Lights installation. We love how they match the colour of the house and are almost invisible during the day while spectacular at night!
