Obsessed with Kristin, her work, and her team that she brings is always so incredible too! I recently got married in August and she did my makeup for both the rehearsal and wedding day, and seriously wow! My makeup stayed on and looked flawless literally all night, even into the very late night at the bars! She's just incredible and I know that my bridesmaids and moms loved their makeup too!

I loved my makeup with Kristin. Honestly I am just devastated that I don't live in Lexington - I would get my makeup done here for every event I ever go to! She did my makeup for my wedding weekend - both on Friday for the rehearsal dinner and Keeneland and for the ceremony on Saturday. My makeup lasted all day and still looked gorgeous at the end of the day and I have never felt so beautiful in photos in my life. I am not typically a photogenic person, but here I felt like I looked like the prettiest version of myself too, not like a totally different person. I also really liked how my lashes looked - Kristin is an expert at those! Really recommend her and her team. Even all of my bridesmaids and my mom loved their makeup as well and they look beautiful in the photos too! We are framing so many of them now and it’s so hard to choose which ones.

I'm sharing in hopes that I'm able to help a future bride. Unfortunately, we had a less than ideal experience with KGMA. After spending two hours on my trial make-up, I was on the verge of tears about how unhappy I was with it. The airbrush shade used was way too dark/orange and I had a very obvious line from my chin to my neck, my eyeshadow was way too dark/smokey and my false lashes weren't blended with my real lashes. I was so disappointed. I was going for a very classic/timeless look and looked like I was going to a nightclub. I reached out and asked if I could re-trial given the situation and KGMA wanted me to pay for it... after we were already spending a crazy amount of money. I kept telling myself that wedding day was going to be better and... it wasn't. I had a different artist on the day of and I shared my concerns with her based on previous experience. Everything was going great until bronzer was used... I looked like an oompa loompa. I went into a full panic, wiping make up off of my face trying to make it less orange. I finally had to give up as we were way behind on our timeline due to this fiasco. By the time I got to my first look, my make up was just a mess. There is a line of white powder that you can see in our photos and my foundation patchiness is visible in our video. It's just a shame that after spending so much money on my wedding day make-up, I had such a horrible experience. I wish I had just done my own make up.
