We recently (December 2025) had the pleasure of hosting a corporate event for 150 employees at the historic Ford Piquette Plant, and thanks to Kristina's Catering, it was a huge success. From start to finish, their team exceeded every expectation, delivering an experience that was truly a cut above the rest. Our goal was to provide an upscale buffet – something far from the ordinary, boring standard fare often found at corporate events – and Kristina's Catering delivered! The food was not only of the highest quality, but the presentation was on point. Working with Nicole and Joan in the planning stages was a dream. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, understanding our vision perfectly and offering valuable insights to make it even better. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process seamless and stress-free. On the day of the event, the on-site staff from Kristina's Catering were fantastic. Every single member of their team was professional, accommodating, kind, and exuded a level of class that elevated the atmosphere. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring our guests felt well-cared for throughout the evening. One aspect that particularly impressed us was their meticulous attention to food sensitivities. Absolutely Outstanding! I recently used Kristina’s Catering for my retirement and 70th birthday celebration, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond fabulous! The food was out of this world — beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Every single dish was a hit! And the service? Even better. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring — they made the entire experience seamless and special from start to finish. Everything looked, tasted, and felt perfect. Absolutely incredible experience with Kristina's Catering! From start to finish, Kristina, Nicole, and Joan were an absolute dream to work with. Kristina’s Catering handled the food for our wedding day and all we can say is AMAZING! Every single guest raved about how good our food was and how it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. The service was impeccable and Nicole was absolutely fabulous to work with in making sure all of our needs and wants were met. I’m putting this review everywhere, but Kristina’s catered my wedding on 10.12.24 and they were AMAZING! Even more than amazing, the whole crew was phenomenal. I have a lot of food sensitivities so we went with Kristina’s because they had some vegan options already on their list. We worked with Nicole and Joan for planning and they were able to accommodate everything we asked for. The food was better than we could’ve imagined. Everyone raved about it to me that night and even days after. My only regret is not ordering more so we could have more to take home! Lol. We did strolling stations, which were set up so cute! For apps we had hummus shooters, Pad Thai boxes, and risotto arancini. I had a few guests even say, “I ate like 10 arancini, they were incredible!” We did the street tacos (jackfruit & pork), Mediterranean (chicken & falafel), and stuffed squash. Everything was perfect! The Pad Thai boxes were SO cute, too! Their staff was so attentive and brought us food and drinks, they were so so kind and thoughtful. The icing on the cake was our late night snack Hot Pretzel Bar. It was awesome and everyone loved it! I’d give them even more stars if I could. I highly recommend them for any event you have & I hope to get to work with them again for an event in the future!
