I've used KTE twice and both times they delivered.
The service was very unprofessional when it came to time. He arrived 30 minutes late for our scheduled pickup, which threw off our event timing. When returning the items, he told us drop-off was at 10 AM and to call 30 minutes before—we called three times with no answer. We were left waiting outside with no communication. Very disappointing experience. Time management and professionalism definitely need improvement.
I called KTE RENTALS three days before my event and they delivered as promised. Table and chairs were clean and sturdy. The tents were of good quality. Still standing after an over night storm. Totally pleased with KTE'S Service, will use again.
I’ve rented chairs from KTE twice and I will continue to rent from this company. I have had great experiences both times and Prince is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend!! The person who made a review complaining about the delivery fee is inconsiderate. I do not know the owner or have any connections with the company but $35 round trip to deliver chairs and a table is cheap. I rented 20 chairs and bringing them up and down stairs are A LOT OF WORK.. The $35 charge is not just for a ride (comparing it to Uber lol) it’s for the labor of loading and unloading chairs, tables etc.. and bringing them to your doorstep. Put yourself in the business owners shoes. You’ll probably charge way more than $35 if you were doing the work.
Highly recommend! Great experience with KTE rentals...Prince was a pleasure to deal with. Chairs and tables were clean and very good quality, tent was very sturdy. Great customer service and the transaction was smooth. They are on time, reliable and efficient. I will use KTE RENTALS for all my events. Best party rental company in town.
