I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Could possibly be the best sausage roll and almond croissant I have ever eaten. You do pay for it but wow is it worth it. The young lad that served us was very nice and helpful. We haven’t tucked into the sourdough loaf yet, but it looks amazing. We will certainly be back and will recommend to all of our friends. Ps, the picture is of an empty box because I couldn’t wait 😂
My fav French pastry in UK! Recommended by my French friend and I’ve visited twice, trying my best to devour as much as I can lol. I am obsessed with their flans and almond croissants! Also they make really delicate and proper fruity pastry🤤always being more pleasant when receiving warm greetings from lovely staff from La Chouquette! Bisou bisou🩷
I have consistently purchased your cakes and breads, and you have always met my expectations. However, this birthday cake has left both me and my kids very disappointed. The cake I received is very different from the photo provided. Besides, the taste and texture are worse than those from supermarkets. I really can’t eat it.
I give 5 stars for the food/ handmade bakery items 🥐 and smiling service. Not sure what to say about 'atmosphere'. What is atmosphere anyway - is it the ambience of the place or the weather above your head! I waited in the queue for about 20 mins and boasted to friends and family that "I'm stood outside the famous bakery in town".
My favourite bakery shop in Manchester ❤️! Love both the sweet and savoury items. Friendly staff there and nice environment. It can be very busy during weekends. BTW, they have the massive croissant (need to be ordered in advanced) which is amazing. Their seasonal desserts are always lovely.
