I’ve been searching for a good nail salon for a while now. Had my first appointment today at La crystal Nail and I am finally happy with the results!! Went to see my doctor after that and girl at the reception and a nurse couldn't resist bombarding me with questions about my nails. So, I referred them to you. Thank you, I’ll be back for sure!
I’ve been going to Sammy since the summer and she has completely saved my nails. I was a big nail bitter and wanted to break the habit. Sammy made a plan with me and made my nails too beautiful to even touch. She is so talented. Pedicures there are also great. Everyone is so lovely.
I’ve had gel x extensions done here twice now by Lena. She’s incredibly talented and quite fast as well. I love the sets she’s done for me and the quality is always amazing. I paid about $100-$110 after taxes(not including tip) for both of my sets. I think this is very reasonable considering her attention to detail and execution of my designs. Would definitely recommend booking with her!
I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was so painful I feel like I have to warn others. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and manicure over the phone. Unfortunately, the person who worked on me broke my natural nail and actually laughed about it. I naturally have short toenails, so I always add a fake nail on my big toes. When she used the drill, it was extremely painful and my toe started bleeding. Instead of being careful, she painted my skin instead of my nail and still sent me home with a broken nail. She didn’t show any care or professionalism. When I asked her to shorten the nails, she couldn’t understand me and someone else had to step in and show her. Honestly, it’s shocking that they would hire someone with so little knowledge. Now I have to deal with an open wound, and on top of that, I was still charged $70. The only reason I came back was because last time I had an amazing experience with Azi, but she was fully booked this time. I assumed the same quality of service would apply with others, but that was not the case. Please be careful unless you know exactly who you’re booking with, you risk wasting your money and leaving with a very bad experience.
I don’t get my nails done anywhere else! They have three locations which is super convenient, and everyone is so friendly. I book with Sophie every single time! She’s so creative and takes her time to make sure you love your nails. Highly recommend LA Crystal!
