Went in to la Familia located on Davis and Westmoreland I was help by a gentleman name Jacob. He was very kind and courteous very helpful. I was able to go in and resolve an issue that I was concerned about and pick up insurance cards I must that Jacob’s Customer customer service was excellent.. Keep up the great work!!!
SUSIE your sweet and politeness on 9/27/25 deserves 10 star ..So I call this location on 10/5/25 11pm about question my policy that I got mail tell me the place me hold without telling hung up me 4 times you hear them slamming the phone then they forward the call to someone from San Antonio office those girls need to be educated and not to be disrespectful especially to the people that are purchasing policies. They’re giving y’all a bad name. Maybe Susie can train them in etiquette style and customer service and not hanging up on people.
Edit. There WAS Excellent customer service with Suzy. She DID assist me with the entire process remotely: everything from quotes to discounts and applying the insurance the same day, the card WAS sent on my phone. I DID really appreciate the help but I DO NOT highly recommend this location. Suzy will get you signed up, get your payment, and then disappear like a thief in the night once you give the solicited review and you contact her for anything additional. Thank you!
