I was in town for work and craving some Italian food for lunch. Looked outside of the Riverwalk touristic atmosphere, and found this restaurant. Great surprise. First of all, the service is amazing, with atgentive and friendly staff. Second, the ambiance is pleasant and almost resembles a traditional restaurant in Italy. Third and most important, the food is great and not overpriced. I'll be back whenever I'm visiting town again.
This place is a bit unassuming from the outside. But, the worst part about it is the limited on-site parking; however, don't let that turn you away! The food was delicious and the prices were extremely reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. Really glad we found this gem and recommend checking it out!
Absolute best hidden Italian gem in San Antonio. Absolutely must try the food, appetizer, Italian meals, and desserts. They all are and were very good. We will definitely be back again and again. Cannot forget to mention the ambience seating esthetics with wine bar and firepit oven perfect for special occasions. My experience here is always nothing but the best! Lee is an amazing server and provides not only excellent service but also a lovely experience. he goes above and beyond to make sure your meal is served with care and quality. The food is always amazing. My go to is the pesto tortellini and it always hits the spot. I always appreciate how the manager comes and introduces himself and makes sure you are pleased with your meal. I recommend to anyone looking for an authentic italian experience.
Our trip in San Antonio was coming to an end, and this was where my friend and I had our last meal before flying home the next day. It was a lovely restaurant, the food was great, and the music in the background was quite nice. I'd like to thank this establishment for serving my friend and me a good final meal in San Antonio.
