I love this place. Best HOT yoga in stoney creek and east end of Hamilton. Their instructors are well trained at every level. IF you're looking for a friendly, comfortable, and helpful yoga place, then this is it . l highly recommend book a class you will be impressed. Lots of free parking and easy access from the packing lot .

This studio was the best find. I tried a free class about a year and a half ago just to see what everyone raves about hot yoga thinking it was just exercising in a warm room but i leaned it is so much more then that and became hooked. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the classes leave you feeling peaceful and calm for the rest of the day, not to mention the wellness and improvement of the body flexibility and function. I drive from almost Ancaster just to come here and its worth every minute.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which made it easy to get back into yoga after a few years away from my practice. The vibe in the studio is always positive and uplifting. This past weekend, I had fantastic classes with Journey and Kim. They are both great at motivating you. If you're thinking about trying this studio, go for it!
