Cece is the person I routinely go to for braids. She has an infectious personality and is SO hospitable; I’m amazed at her capacity to make her clients feel welcome and listened to. She is beyond skilled at her craft, impressively improvisational and adaptive, generous with her time, and seamlessly creates intricate works of art. She has even accommodated my request for the use of vegan and cruelty-free hair gel. Highly recommend supporting this hardworking girl!
