The most pleasant experience I've ever had with a contractor, hands down. We hired Glenn and team to remodel our bathroom. And though not everything went smoothly, the team communicated well, handled issues that arose and took responsibility for problems on their end. At the end of the day, I have a remodeled bathroom that I'm confident was built with quality at an affordable price. Would gladly call Glenn and the rest of the Ladybug team back for other work on my home.
We've used Ladybug Handyman Services for multiple jobs at our home (electrical work and drywall repairs). The work has been great, pricing is reasonable and I will be reaching out to them again in the future for additional work. Highly recommended.
This review is really long overdue. Earlier this year I had my old laundry room redone and I reached out to Ladybug Handyman to get a quote. I went with the team based on reviews. Got on their calendar and the work was finished within a week. This included cabinet removal, hole patching, tiling, painting, and so much more. I really valued their communication, punctuality, work ethics, and honesty. You don’t realize how important these qualities are until you work with someone who is complete opposite. I’m currently undergoing a bathroom remodel with a licensed contractor and communication is spotty to nonexistent. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat again.
We've had Ladybug tackle a ton of projects for us, including hanging a mount for a punching bag, installing pull down ladders so we can access our attic, putting down plywood over the blow in insulation so we can use our attic, as well as a major project of addressing serious foundation rot. They are great. Clear communication, reasonable prices, and they do great work.
