The aesthetics of the facility put it in a class of its own. The instructors are informative and attentive, and the front desk is always welcoming and remembers your name. The workouts push your limits, yet I always leave feeling refreshed. I’ve been resistance training for years and considered myself to be in good shape until taking these classes. They’ve been incredibly humbling, but also eye opening in showing me how much room there is for improvement in my fitness. It’s now a staple in my weekly routine. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Lagree Lab. After having kids, I really struggled with getting back into fitness, especially dealing with abdominal separation, and walking into a studio again felt intimidating. From day one, the instructors made me feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Brooke and Heather are truly amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, always offering thoughtful modifications and guidance based on what my body can safely handle. I never feel pushed beyond my limits, yet I still feel challenged and stronger after every class. Their care and understanding have helped me rebuild confidence in my body and my abilities. Absolutely love Lagree Lab! From the moment you walk in, the studio feels clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The instructors are truly amazing—knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely friendly. They take the time to help with form, offer modifications, and push you just enough to make you feel strong and accomplished. This is hands down one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, in the best way possible. Every class leaves me shaking, sweating, and feeling incredibly proud of myself. I’m completely hooked and can’t imagine my fitness routine without it now. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenging, supportive, and motivating workout environment
