These guys are incredible! I did not rent from them, but I did have a tire shred while leaving Spanish Flat around 4p on a Sunday. I pulled into the first place I could (their parking lot) to change out the tire on a recently purchased vehicle. Long story relatively short, the vehicle had a spare with the tool kit to access it and remove the wheel missing. The guys at Lake Berryessa Boat and Jet Ski Rentals provided me a jack loaned me the tools and gave me a hand changing out what was left of my tire. They were incredibly kind and helpful. So, although I was not a customer I can only imagine the service and customer service they provide. As an aside their fleet of boats was incredible, I was blown away that they rented out such nice watercraft. To the two gentlemen that helped me, I truly appreciate you both helping me out and to the owner you made a great decision adding those two men to your crew! Much love and Happy New Year!
Berryessa Boat and Jet ski is an awesome place to take your boat - they did a complete tuneup in the spring and the boat ran perfect when I got it back - was making funny noises before and made us wonder if we would make it back off the lake some times. Next trip we discovered the fuel pump was bad and they replaced it quickly AND replaced the polluted gas(had water in it). To top it off my trailer wheel started smoking driving home from their place and I had to pull into Pridmore storage lot so as not to lose the wheel/cause more damage(thank you Pridmore for being so kind too). Jerry replaced the bearing while it was still at Pridmore and did it in one day so we could get out on the lake before this great wheather goes away. These people care and are true experts on Boat and ski repairs.
We love Marty and his crew!! They really take the time to make sure that we were happy and would enjoy our day on the lake. They made sure we had everything we needed and really made us feel special. They are easy to use as they make it easy to book, register, and get onto the lake - way better than any other place to rent boats! Josh and Jeremy were GREAT! We highly recommend and will definitely be returning next summer!!!!
Our experience with Berryessa jet ski rental was top notch. From Grace to Nigel and Jon, we had a blast. They were very informative during the safety and operational review. Amazing service. Came here for a boat rental to use on Lake Berryessa. So happy we chose this company. Gary and the lovely woman with short brown hair, as well as all the other employees, were a joy to speak to as we got the boat rental all situated. It was relatively affordable ($375 ish?) and the boat did what it was supposed to. Got to enjoy Lake Berryessa 100x as much as we could’ve on land. Lots of animals out on the shores, tons of fish visible in the water - not catchable most of the day, but in the evening (~6:30 pm, so only 30 minutes before we had to return the boat), the fish started biting. Still, had the best time. Thank you guys. Also, when we were launching I realized I forgot my sunglasses. Gary, who backed the boat into the water, was more than willing to let me borrow his, which was very kind. Turns out they were at the office (where we were doing paperwork) - and one of the employees drove the 5 mins down the road to bring them to me before we took off. Very very nice people and a great company to work with.
