The front staff is always nice and does everything with a smile. The nurses are always jovial and check everything out to move the process along. I appreciate Dr. Loupe and his attentiveness to my issues!! He takes his time with me and doesn’t ignore any of my complaints!! He and Dr. Brandt are really the only ones I hope to see when I have to come there!
My experience at Drusilla Urgent Care: Everyone was extremely pleasant, kind and friendly. The entire staff was knowledgeable and seemed eager to help in any way they could from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor. When my daughter was young I would bring her to the old location…my daughter is now forty-one and lives in Drusilla Place. However, the staff now is much more approachable. I usually go to the Florida Street location near my home but will not hesitate to use the Drusilla location and refer others as well!! The facility was very neat and clean and every possibility taken and tried before the final recommendation/suggestion given! I was a very happy and satisfied patron! Thank you for a rewarding experience 🤗🙏🏽
I would not go to this clinic again, I only went out of convenience and last minute unable to set appt with PCP. I knew I had probably something viral with the symptoms I had. I was negative for Covid and influenza. But I had a one minute assessment from doctor was thinking the provider would return with results and discuss further but I received paperwork from medical assistant who said I was ready to go and by the way your results were negative. I was like okay, I paid a $60 copay for this. I saw I was pretty much prescribed over the counter products, I returned back into the clinic to be further assessed, maybe a steroid or something. Bc I was already using the over the counter products recommended by provider which felt like a waste a money for the visit. So I received a steroid shot but it wasn’t mentioned beforehand by the nurse the name of medication or dosage. We just really have to do better as health care providers in assessments and communication. We became healthcare providers for a reason, this was a complete disappointment for me and room turnover times is not priority but providing quality care and communication for the patients you care for.
Very nice facility. The front desk staff, medical assistants and providers were all really friendly and professional. It looked as if I would have a long wait by the amount of people in the lobby but they moved the patients in and out rather smoothly. The front desk worker was really friendly with me and patient while I worked out my payment. So thankful for her kindness and generosity during a moment I felt horrible. Awesome team!
Staff is polite, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Felt so much better and confident with their follow up plan for my recovery. Facility is extremely clean (much cleaner than many ERs). Overall, best urgent care I have been to in years! Highly recommend!
