I took an expensive winter dress coat to them late Friday afternoon. They had it ready Saturday afternoon. It was cleaned and pressed beautifully. I am very happy. Since it was my first time using their service, they gave me a discount coupon for my next visit.

Very disappointed with my experience. I brought in a pair of white pants for cleaning, but when I went to pick them up they were grey. I reached out several times to speak to Shelly the manager and have not received one response from her. It's been a week and they still have my pants! If you're looking for a dry cleaner I would encourage you not to use this one. Very poor customer service and poor quality of work. Update...Neither the owner nor the manager have contacted me. I have called and left messages. I told the employee my pants are ruined, and she told me to leave them there until the issue is resolved. This has been ongoing for two months. This situation is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

This dry cleaners is excellent! I am a therapist and wanted to have a pillow made for a client who had lost his grandmother. The seamstress did not charge me for this project. I was so impressed with the facility and the customer service that I went back a second time. I had four sets of curtains dry cleaned. Again, I was very pleased with the end product. I had a stuffed animal that I have had for over 30 years. They cleaned him for me at no charge! I will always use this dry cleaners as the need arises!

I brought my dad's WW2 Naval uniform in to be cleaned. It is 85 years old and my Dad was at Pearl Harbor when the atrack occurred. This uniform meant the world to me and very nervous about it tearing up during cleaning because the material is so old. They treated it with great care and it looked great after cleaning. Thanks for doing such a great job.
