James Wingrove, Jr. was our tech. He brought his apprentice, Tim with him. James and Larson are the highest caliber of service one can ask for. Trust worthy and comprehensive. Compared to other companies, Larson is higher end cost, but the trust and workmanship/professionalism is well worth it! 5 stars.
Larry, Sam, and Joshua were professional, polite, and on-time in replacing two HVAC units. They went above and beyond by helping me change a very high air filter, and swept my flat roof. They wore protective footwear covers in my house. They installed new digital thermostats and ensured I was successful in connecting them to the app. The phone staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend.
I give my highest recommendation to Larson AC for anyone needing help with their AC! I’ve been so impressed from start to finish. We had Larry out to do a regular service; he was prompt, very kind and professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was nearing the end of its life, so he got us all set up for a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to choose from and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the best choice for us, and we were scheduled less than a week. Zack and Nick came to do the replacement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very respectful of our home, kept it clean and were very professional, helpful, and kind. The new system is so much quieter than our old one, and has a very handy thermostat that connects to our phones. They even handle taking away the old system too. I found Larson by looking for companies on Yelp and BBB. I was highly impressed with their ratings and the service we have received from them confirms it; it is clear they hold themselves to a very high standard. We have peace of mind knowing that if we need anything, Larson’s team will take good care of us.
Decided to replace an aging HVAC system. Got 4 competing bids and statements of work. We went with Larson Air Conditioning due to the positive reviews, the thorough evaluation and documentation of what was needed and a competitive price. They were very professional throughout the entire process, with good communication. Ish was great in scoping out what was needed and with recommendations and Sam did an outstanding job as a lead on the install. This company is well run and efficient. I would highly recommend, there were no surprises, and Larson is the only company that i solicited that offers a good labor guarantee.
I scheduled an HVAC maintenance check on my units purchased from Larson Air Conditioning and had the pleasure of having technician Raegan E. service them. He called within the requested timeframe to confirm his arrival and was considerate enough to check that it wasn’t too late since it was getting dark. The later time worked perfectly for me, and I really appreciated that they followed through rather than rescheduling. From the moment he arrived, Raegan was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what he would be testing, walked me through the process, and clearly communicated how well our units were holding up. His attention to detail and transparency gave me complete confidence in the condition of our system. When he was finished, Raegan took extra time to answer all of my questions and even showed me pictures of the unit in the attic, which was very helpful and reassuring. It’s rare to find a technician who is both technically skilled and genuinely customer-focused. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning and especially Raegan E. for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-notch HVAC service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
