Shout out to my Nurse Neena. I was super nervous about the procedures I was getting done. But she made me feel accommodated and more relaxed every time I came in the building. Neena answers all of my questions and so far I've been more than happy with my results.
I love this LaserAway location! I actually live closer to a different LaserAway in Fort Worth, but I prefer coming to this one. All of the employees I’ve spoken with are so nice and friendly, and it’s easier for me to book appointments for the times that I want compared to other locations. I always love seeing Kelly, the director. She makes you feel welcome, and she really takes care of her clients. Melinda was my technician, and she was fantastic. I felt like she really listened to me, and I felt so comfortable during the whole process. She made sure to thoroughly explain procedures and frequently checked to see if I needed a break. Plus, it was a lot of fun chatting with her. I hope I can get Melinda as my tech again in the future!
Amazing customer service from the phone to in-person with the receptionist here at this location. I booked one of their special summer packages for 70% off for a total of 8 session packages and I am already seeing results from my initial laser visit! Not painful, not scary, not long at all. There are nurse practioners that give you a personal call to review any potential health complications and your health history before your apt. At the time of the apt, there is a certified nurse that performs the laser treatment. I believe I was in and out in under ten minutes as it is a small lasered spot they targeted. Nina, the nurse, did a great painless job. Love that they opened up this new Alliance location and that it has flexible scheduling! Hoping to look into their other services and would definitely recommend this professional salon! t
