I had Tina as my laser tech and had such an amazing experience! She was very attentive and made me feel so comfortable in my appointment. Michelle at front desk was also super helpful and kind. 10/10 experience!!
I usually go to the Los Gatos location as it is closer to me, but I came here for a last minute rescheduled appointment. All the ladies I interacted with were wonderful! Very welcoming, super ready to answer any of my questions. Savannah was great prepping me with numbing before my Potenza rf microneedling with Rejouron. Amy did my treatment and was so attentive to my pain tolerance and made it as comfortable for me as possible and also gave me a lot of food information on the treatment and how it works. I have been working with Jordan to plan my treatments to target my goals and she has been so great to work with. She has taken her time to educate me in my options and the different procedure options for my goals. She has also kept herself available for anything I need help with, whether it's answering questions, scheduling or long term planning of possible future treatments. I have been super happy with my laseraway experience so far!
Came in today for laser hair removal and overall had an awesome experience! Quick check in and nurse Tina always creates a lovely atmosphere throughout service! It’s one thing to get a service done but it’s another thing when you get a service done & staff creates fun moments! Spicy!! Thank you staff! Check out this med-spa you won’t be dissatisfied!
My experience today was great. Michelle has been very helpful, friendly and good listener to my situation. Feeling excited to see my results once I finish my clear and brilliant procedures. And the nurse today was super friendly and detailed about procedures.
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at LaserAway Milpitas! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and so professional. The clinic is spotless and modern, which immediately put me at ease. I came in for tattoo removal and the team walked me through everything step by step. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment itself was so much smoother than I expected, and I could already see a difference after just my first session! What really stood out to me was how attentive and caring everyone was—from checking me in, to explaining aftercare, to following up. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued as a patient. If you’re thinking about tattoo removal (or any other treatment), I HIGHLY recommend coming here.
