I visited Late Morning Cafe last month because I was craving salmon ochazuke. The cafe is cozy and charming, located in a townhouse style building, which gives it a warm and inviting feel. We chose to sit outside, as the indoor seating felt a bit warm due to the layout. The outdoor seating was comfortable, and I would recommend it, especially on a nice day. We ordered the salmon ochazuke, the signature onigiri, the matcha red bean mochi, and two drinks. Overall, the food was good and fresh. The matcha red bean mochi was enjoyable but quite filling, so it may be better to share. This is a nice place to stop by for a light meal, a short break, or a casual get together with friends.
I ordered the Karaage chicken rice and a hojicha latte which should be $31.6 according to the menu but was charged $33.94?? Food was beautifully presented and the yard was lovely. However , the chicken had a very think batter and the meat was also quite dry. My hojicha latte was not too bad.
A lovely way to start the morning! The cafe has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere and the staff are genuinely friendly. The matcha is smooth and full of flavour, and the udon is delicious. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The place is bright, cosy, and perfect for a quiet start to the day or catching up with a friend. Highly recommend!
Beautiful quaint cafe and the most lovely stuff Exciting Japanese fusion brunch menu. I was really blown away with the chicken katsu sando and the cheesy beef kimchi sando. Hit, fresh, so incredibly packed with flavour and such tender juicy meat Looking forward to coming back!
The food here is delicious! I loved my Rose Prawn Udon — just a sprinkle of salt and pepper makes it perfect for your taste.
