Booked a 4pm appointment, left at 5:30pm. The lady kept doing other peoples nails. I thought if I booked in I would be prioritised. At the end of the appointment I heard her telling someone else they are short staffed because one of their workers had to go overseas. I understand they were short staffed, but they shouldn’t have taken so many clients - it would have been nice if she told me this upfront. Also the quality of the nail art wasn’t good, hearts much bigger than the picture I showed and very uneven. Could have done a better job myself. I only got them done yesterday and the paint is already chipping on the ends, theres also something under one of the nails that has turned black. Very disappointing, won’t come back.
I ended up booking last minute on the day of my appointment, and was able to talk to them through instagram, talk about my design, my inspo and a price quote. In my appointment I was sat quickly, my inspo was shown and they started working on my nails, both the girls were caring and soft but efficient in their work, they practiced the design before putting it on my Nails. The girl that did the nail art did an AMAZING job, I was so impressed and absolutely love them! Thank you so much guys!! There was also an awesome range of colours on show, no matter what colour you’d be looking for they would have it!!
I’ve been coming here for months and consistently leave very happy with my nails!! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, the owners are super lovely, and every detail is handled with care. An added bonus is their sweetest puppy, which makes each visit even more enjoyable - I happily recommend this salon to anyone who asks (which they always do!)
I had booked last minute for Gel X, other salons tried to charge me $120+, these guys were transparent with price and the quality is amazing, my nails are so beautiful. I got a set of gel X with pink chrome and nail art on one finger. It only costed me $90!!!! $90 for this insane amount of quality, I'm so happy, definitely my new regular shop. Also they had vampire diaries on and were creating warm positive conversations with the customers in the shop. Definitely a 10/10 service and it is such a cute little shop!
I got shellac French pedi, builder gel refill mani on extension w one replacement extension. I’m more particular about shape than anything else and the few changes I asked for were received completely even if not necessarily what they might recommend. My friend got acrylic on natural nail and also amazing shape and accomodation to feedback/request. Probably the best team I’ve experienced in Perth so far. All super lovely. Also like the set up w the fans under hands, range of colours and the type of builder gel they use. Amazing price for the service they provided as well.
