I hired this law firm and paid around $3,500–$4,000 for them to handle my USCIS case. I provided all the documents they requested, and they submitted everything on my behalf. However, when I later asked for copies of those same documents — the ones they already had and sent to USCIS — they tried to charge me an additional $200 just to forward them by email. For a firm that claims to value its clients, this feels like being nickel-and-dimed. I’m currently working with another law firm that is upfront about their pricing and specifically mentioned that if a client wants copies of everything submitted, they provide them without any extra charge. That’s the level of transparency and professionalism I expected here. After paying such a large amount, this unexpected fee leaves a very sour taste and makes me question this firm’s priorities and client care. I would urge anyone considering this office to ask very clear questions about what’s included in their fees before committing.
