Zach and Ray did excellent work - they were timely - friendly - and got to work and did the job - I would refer others to Lazer Homes Services and plan to use them again for our heating and plumbing needs - they installed a Toto Japanes washlet bidet - the same kind we saw in Japan on a recent trip -
Great experience from start to finish. They helped us choose the right toilets, communicated clearly the entire time, and did a flawless installation. They were very clean, left no mess behind, and were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend!
I have used them for both redoing my bathroom and redoing light fixtures. Both experiences have been excellent! Ryan redid my shower/tub/vanity and he did a phenomenal job and was super communicative. Zac redid my lighting and he was quick, efficient and did a great job. Thanks for the help! Would 10/10 recommend Zac and Ryan if you need some projects done.
Chris from Lazer Home Services did an outstanding job inspecting both my furnace and air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident knowing my system was in good hands. The customer service at Lazer Home Services also stands out—they are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. My only suggestion for improvement would be in scheduling. Instead of a set appointment time, they notify you once the technician finishes the prior job and is on the way. In my case, that meant waiting until 3:00 in the afternoon. While it worked out, a more precise time window would make the process even better. That being said, I’m very happy with both Chris and the overall service from Lazer. I’ll gladly continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service.
