got the Viking to go; well-balanced flavours and generous portions! saw lots of regulars that’s a green flag right there; shop is small but cozy & playing vintage label music.
The food is absolutely amazing, everything is perfectly cooked and full of flavor. You can really tell the care that goes into each sandwich. The owner, who personally attends customers, is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. On top of that, the atmosphere is super cozy and inviting. Hands down, some of the best sandwiches in the Bay Area. I absolutely love this place.
Chef Elias was extremely friendly and whipped up two absolutely delicious (and huge) Italian sandwiches for us. We’d been wanting to go for a while and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Order the Primo!
Great sandwich. I have the Viking which is around $15 something after tax but it’s loaded. The sandwich is big so I have to save half of it for later. So worth the visit! You can call and order by phone to pick up which I did and it saved me waiting time! Will return to try other options! Updated: I’m now an avid customer of this sandwich shop. The owner's thoughtful and funny personality also his creativity to make the best sandwich fill me with joy every time I swing by. This store is not close to my place but I’m willing to travel far for the owner’s creation! Not to mention with the sandwich is packed with fillings. My mom and I were so full after finishing only half of the sandwich!
One of the best sandwich shops in SF. Owner is super goated, small little location and everything tastes fresh. I got the Reuben this time, didn’t expect the corned beef to be cold but besides that the sandwich was great. Will have to go back and try other things on the menu.
