This may be a lengthy review but I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering on driving school or parents looking to put their teens into one. Hope it helps in your decision. I am going to preface this by saying I am in my 40's and it took me over twenty some years to get to this point and being a graduate of the driving school, I understand people have fears of driving. I did and for the longest time put it off. In the last few years I realize life changes and I needed to do so and since we have two vehicles and things that I wanted and needed to do, learning to drive came up more frequently in my mind and in conversations. Some years ago and 3 permits later with help from my husband and the driving school I accomplished what I didn't think I could do and that is get behind the wheel. It is intimidating but there is freedom when you can get your license. I was one of the schools more advanced students and because of it I didn't need as many classes as some or more than a few who only required one or two. The key is setting you mind to doing it and keeping positive when it is hard. You learn fundamentals in driving not just for the exam but as an everyday driver and that is what this school does. They work with students one on one just as they have with me. I promise the frustrations are worth it and keep in mind that if they can't give you two or more a week it is because of other students and how many cars they have available. Jade and Joe were awesome and patient. I want to thank them for getting me through five weeks of training. Tuesday I took the test and passed on the first try. I didn't think I would but because they proved I could, I made it and so can anyone thinking of driving school. It doesn't matter your age or level. Just remember it is a privilege and not a right. Be patient yourself and listen to what Jade and Joe say. Please ask all the questions you want.

I found learn2drive in July when I was trying to look for places to teach me how to drive so I could finally get my license I got my permit in August and started my lessons in September both Jade and Joe are excellent instructors they have great energy doesn’t make you feel nervous let’s you try new skills on your own timing on my third lesson with them this month I felt ready to take the drivers test and the 1 hour refresher definitely helped a lot before my test then I took the test and I PASSED I was honestly so shocked I’m still am honestly but just with 3 lessons and that refresher I’m now officially licensed at 19 it’s never too late to get started

I highly recommend Learn 2 Drive KC. Both Jade and Joe were very kind, patient, and willing to answer any questions I had. The lessons really prepare you for the road test. On my 3rd lesson I was able to use their car for the road test and passed on the first try!
