I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the facility. After using the same groomer for almost a year, they suddenly claimed my dog was “too matted” and said they needed to shave him — which he absolutely was not. Thankfully, I was able to pick my dog up before that happened and decided to look elsewhere. From the moment I came here, the difference was night and day. The staff was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to actually assess my dog properly. They explained everything clearly, treated him with care, and made me feel completely confident in their expertise. The facility is clean, calm, and very well run. On top of the amazing service, the pricing is incredibly fair for the level of care provided. I’m so relieved to have found a place I can truly trust with my dog. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, professional grooming facility that genuinely puts pets first.
We still love taking our Mini American Eskimo, Sassy, to Leashes Dog Grooming Salon. They're conveniently located off Simmons & Ann Rd, close to our home. They're prices are reasonable and our pup always looks great. The salon is clean, well laid out and organized, and decorated nicely. I like the open concept where all can be seen, the kennels, the grooming tables. Nothing is hidden behind closed doors or walls. It always feels very positive and welcoming. The groomers are all very kind and accommodating, as well. They even gave us a complimentary Holiday photo of Sassy today. That was a nice surprise.
We love leashes pet salon. The customer service is excellent. The qualify of their work is amazing and they are very fast. My dogs have never been there longer then an Hour and an half for a full groom. They also offer bath and tidy service, which we use inbetween full grooms. My dogs are never stressed when they come home.
First time at Leashes and they did not disappoint! We tried them out because of the great reviews and we are so happy we did. The staff are all so kind and you can tell they really love the animals. I didn’t know our corgis can be that soft. They even gave them a cute little bandana!! 10/10 will be returning
Took my puppy here today for his first groom and glad I did. It only took an hour and I am very happy with his haircut. The staff were nice and the grooming area looked clean. Forgot to get the name of his groomer but she did an excellent job. They are a bit of a drive from me but worth it and I will be back for his next groom. Thank you to everyone at leashes for making my puppies first groom a good experience for him.
