So I got to the store after 1 he drive and I see the door is closed I opened the door and politely asked if I could come in the man inside looked at me as if I was lost. He said to me what are you looking for? I said “makeup” he didn’t even say yes come right in or anything he yelled “we only sell $300 and up” I said “okay good so can I come in” he hesitated that doesn’t fly with me I have money my business has good clients in O.C and I felt as if I was being discriminated. I said thank you and left. Honestly I feel more sorry for this place because they lost a customer willing to give them a try but They only see big money business they can’t even sell to regular wholesale buyers that’s OK I will keep on using my regular place I hope the owner reads this and understand that Good customer service should be given to everybody doesn’t matter how they look you don’t know how much money someone has to spend.
Okay, ich hege eine seltsame Vorliebe für diesen Ort. Es ist nicht die Art von Ort, dessen Charme einem sofort ins Auge fällt: Es ist winzig, absurd eng – der Laden ist buchstäblich bis zur Decke mit Inventar vollgestopft; in manchen Ecken ist es wirklich ein Kampf, nur um an all dem Zeug vorbeizukommen... Es ist stickig – keine Klimaanlage oder Heizung; im Sommer verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie die Arbeiter das aushalten, es fühlt sich an, als könnte man tatsächlich zusammenbrechen und sterben, aber wahrscheinlich bin ich melodramatisch. Was die Arbeiter betrifft: Ich liebe sie. Die zwei Typen arbeiten dort, so lange wie ich dort hingehe (was mindestens 6 oder 7 Jahre sind). Sie sind professionell, höflich (zwar nicht überschwänglich, aber wen juckt's) und vor allem kennen sie wirklich jedes Ding in diesem Laden und können die Preise für jede verschiedene Größe im Handumdrehen nennen, was ich persönlich erstaunlich finde, da es wirklich eine Menge Zeug gibt. Außerdem kennen sie die Produkte wirklich. Das hatte ich in einem Schönheitsbedarf, der im Grunde das ganze Spektrum abdeckt – Make-up, Haare, Haut, Nägel... Nie erwartet, dass sie tatsächlich eine gute Vertrautheit hätten mit, zum Beispiel, einem Flüssig- und Pulveracryl-Nagelsystem. Also das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Besitzer wirkt etwas grantig, obwohl ich nach Jahren des Einkaufs dort definitiv sagen kann, dass er nicht versucht, ein Arsch zu sein; er ist nicht böse auf dich – das ist einfach, wer er ist. Er ist ein netter Typ, nur nicht besonders aufgeschlossen. Zu guter Letzt sind die Preise absolut die besten, sogar besser als online. Sie führen nicht viele Marken von Nagel-Verstärkungssystemen, eigentlich nur Mia Secret, aber sie haben die komplette Linie, Flüssig- & Pulveracryl und UV-Gel; und das zu absolut besten Preisen überhaupt.
