I did a complimentary into class with my instructor Brian and I actually learned a lot and got the hang of it quickly due to Brian’s manner of teaching. The boxing class was a great stress reliever and I felt powerful. The ab work and lap around the building was definitely unexpected but I enjoyed it.🤣 He told me everything is at your own pace and beginner friendly and I definitely felt that way. I was nervous when I first came and felt awkward doing the movies but by the end of the class I really got the hang of it. I definitely want to come again with friends and family. I came here wanting to find another active thing to do on my days off from the gym and this was a really fun and unique experience. Luckily there was also other girls in the class so I felt more comfortable too.

I love this gym! Actually teaches you how to box while also getting in an amazing workout. Tony the trainer is also super motivating and helpful. All around great atmosphere!! ❤️🥊
