Veronica, Madison and McKenzie did an amazingly great job deep cleaning my house! I'm selling my home and having an open house and its super important to make a great first impression. This team really made my home sparkle, smell fresh and they made sure that I was perfectly satisfied with the job. 5 out of 5 stars, thank you, Legion of Clean!!
Veronica, Makynze, Madasin and Kim were amazing! Kim was the lead and was amazingly kind, depicting wonderful leadership. And all of them out did themselves, helping us get our home sparkling and ready for listing photos! These ladies helped us out more than words could describe. Leaving behind adorable little personal touches like the swan towels and turning our throw blankets into what I can only describe as little Celtics knotted pillows. They worked so hard for us, giving those heavy elbow grease areas, some serious muscle. Thank you ladies so much!!!
I hired this company for a move-out cleaning. During the initial consultation, the owner, Stefani, assured me they were professional and non-judgmental about the condition of homes. Based on that conversation, I paid an initial deposit and agreed to the service. When the team arrived on site, my card was charged immediately upon arrival, before any cleaning had started, despite the deposit already being paid. During the initial walk-through, I was told the home was “severely neglected” and rated a “level 10,” which I disagreed with (I would consider it closer to a level 8). At that point, the price was increased by $200 after arrival, leaving me feeling pressured to agree. During the inspection, Stefani was FaceTiming with her lead staff member. At one point, while I was present, I overheard her say, “Tell her to shut up and you won’t listen to her ranting. Tell her to finish the walk-through and leave.” This comment felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as a paying customer standing there during the process. Despite paying nearly $900, the job was not completed properly. The stovetop/oven was not cleaned, and although I was told the job would take 12 hours, the cleaners were only at the home for approximately 3 hours. The time billed does not align with the work performed. There was no written contract, all terms were verbal, and payment was taken before services began and before the work was completed. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and confirming final pricing before allowing work to start. Adding pictures of my level ten house. Edit she’s having her employees write 5 star reviews. How sad. Can’t even take accountability.
I hired legion of clean for a biweekly service and just blown away with cleaning every time! My tech always pays attention to detail such as high dusting where I tend to miss! You can really tell they love their jobs at legion, the service shows. PLUS who can beat those prices for a professional cleaning!??!
Aimee, from Legion of Clean, cleaned our house today. She arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. Aimee is very friendly, efficient, and professional. She makes sure that everything is cleaned to my satisfaction and asks if there is anything that is needed before she leaves. She makes the experience very positive and enjoyable. The first two cleanings were given to me by Legion of Clean through their Clean for a Reason, Cancer Patient Program. My spouse and I truly appreciate Aimee and Legion of Clean.
