I chose Lemon Twist for my 150 guest wedding at Shirley Acres based on the venue's recommendation, and their service was generally positive. They were quite helpful in guiding me on the amount of alcohol to purchase, and I ended up buying twice the recommended amount just in case. Despite this, we only had very few bottles left over at the end of the event. Given that it was a Sunday afternoon wedding and none of the guests became excessively intoxicated, I’m glad we had extra. However, there was an issue with the cups, which are included in the package per the contract. When I went to get a drink, I discovered that some guests were being turned away due to a shortage of cups. I expressed my concern directly to Lemon Twist at the time, as this was unacceptable given the importance of guest satisfaction. Edit: Thank you for your response. According to my contract, Lemon Twist was responsible for providing plastic cups, and I can confirm your team was indeed serving drinks in plastic cups. While I appreciate your efforts, it's clear that the shortage of cups directly impacted the guest experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to ensure better service at future events as dealing with this on your wedding day is quite stressful.

The staff was on time rain or shine there mannerism and explaining and asking where would you like us to set up and very clean and organize. Nate the bartender made amazing drinks for our family and made drink suggestion and for the kiddos as well. Thank you so much from the Estrada Family.

Highly recommend Lemon Twist for your events. We had Nate come for a 35 person birthday party and it was so worth it! He came on time, he was well equipped and organized the bar area beautifully. The cocktails he made were delicious! Will use them again.
