I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Sofia. A screw had come loose on my eyeglasses, and she was able to fix it right away. What truly stood out was that she fixed it without any charge. This is truly outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store!

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Sophia and Virginia were angels. I waited till the last second to get my glasses fixed. The ladies at the store were compassionate, kind and helpful❤️ Stayed after hours to install new lenses to the frames I brought in.
