I needed to swap lenses in a couple pairs of Costa prescription sunglasses, & I came to LensCrafters Arboretum location to ask for help. I spoke to Brad, & he kindly offered to take care of it. He helped me in the spot while I waited & took care of it in about 1 minute. Super nice guy, very professional, & didn’t charge me a thing. Thank you LensCrafters, & especially you, Brad! I’ll be back for my next pair of glasses, no doubt!

Excellent service today at Lens Crafters #72 at The Arboretum in Austin!! Laura picked out a few frames for me to choose from that were all beautiful, and Brandon helped me with my insurance and purchase of my new Prada frames! Really appreciated them and their help so so much!
Dr. Do did my eye exam and she was very professional, friendly, and gave me a clear understanding of the eye exam results. She took her time and gave the impression that she genuinely cares about her patients' eye health. Brad and Laura at LensCrafters were very helpful when it came time to choose new eyeglasses. Because of them I will continue going to LensCrafters. It was a great experience!
Wow. If you asked me before yesterday would I be going into a lens crafters just to check out sunglasses and within less than a hour I’d be walking out with 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses with the 2nd pair being 50% off I’d say you’re crazy. Yet that’s exactly what happened. I was helped by Tiffany and I was given amazing service by her. She was certainly knew what she was doing and it showed. She was helpful, professional and definitely there to help me find what I truly wanted out of sunglasses. Took my measurements, gave me different lens color options and I walked out knowing I got the best deal imaginable. Tiffany alone is the reason why I would be going back to lens crafters. Also they have an amazing warranty for each pair, and would you believe me when I told you that the sunglasses were more affordable WITH the warranty?! Yup I was surprised and super thankful for Tiffany guiding me towards it. Overall this was a pleasant experience, I shall be taking my business here for the foreseeable future.
