The entire process was flawless. There was a tracker that accurately told us the delivery window. When the team got here they did a fantastic job of installing the furniture and removing the old sectional couch and putting to the curb. Everything was done in record time and was done well. The salesman Syed Jaffri was GREAT, friendly and knowledgeable. I would buy from him again. We had to wait almost 8 weeks due to an out-of-stock situation but we weren’t in a hurry. Delivery time was set the week before and the movers arrived promptly in the 2-hour window. The only issue I noticed about an hour after delivery was that my front door got scratched in the process of moving the furniture (sofa and love-seat) into the house. (picture attached) The packing surrounding the furniture made for a very tight fit in the doorway jamb and it would have been preferred that my front door had been removed from it’s hinges to allow for that. I don’t know if my door can be repaired. Leon’s, if you are reading this review, please give me a call.,Thanks Update: Leon’s responded to my post a couple of days later and offered to pay for the repainting of my door, suggesting that I get 2-3 estimates, so they could submit my claim. I talked it over with my wife and we decided that we would delay the repair, being winter and the holiday season. Thanks Leon’s for contacting us. We DO have to replace the furniture in the family room next, so please keep us updated sales and store credits. Happy holidays!!!
I had purchased a complete bedroom set in October. My salesperson Nathan was great to deal with. Extremely helpful and informative. However their front office was not great to deal with! After taking 4 weeks (2 weeks longer than originally stated) to receive my purchase one of the pieces that was part of the bed frame arrived damaged. When I contacted their front office their options for me was to wait to get a replacement part which would mean no bed again forever how long it took this time to get the part or they would give me a $100 credit. Spent $4000 in their store and they offer a 2.5% credit. I wasn’t expecting a huge credit but what was offered was an insult. When I stated that they did not care. They definitely do not care about customer service.
Purchased a couch from there. Showroom is really nice. Plenty of options. Staff is really friendly. Didn't upsell unnecessary items. Delivery tracker was provided to ensure the updates with delivery. Delivery was free for local address so that's a plus one. Delivery came on time as expected. Item had no issue. Installed the couch and took all the cardboards and other recycling items with them. I highly recommend this Leon's store.
