Hi. The guys did an outstanding job on removing and replacing my hummer H3 radiator, brakes, and shocks. Very impressed, their knowledge of vehicle maintenance is outstanding. If you have an issue with your vehicle go see them they will give you options and recommend repairs. Thanks guys. Mark
Best auto repair shop in town!! they definitely are one of the best auto shops I been to, they take customer service to a whole new level. junior at the front desk was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, he also did an inspection and recommended things that I needed to get done in the future. definitely coming back again!
I visited Lets Go! Auto Repair based on their glowing 4.9-star rating, expecting honest and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was told my car needed a part replaced, (evaporation control canister) costing $422. Trusting their reputation, I agreed and paid for what I believed was a *new* part. However, when I got home, something didn’t sit right. I decided to inspect the “new” part and was shocked to find they had cleaned and painted over the old part, passing it off as new. The paint was literally still drying. The worst part about all of this is that the part “needed” was actually never needed to be replaced. I immediately contacted management and headed the following day back to the shop. To their credit, they did address the issue, (although no one came forward) and I stayed until I personally saw that a genuine new part was finally installed. But this kind of behavior ,trying to deceive a paying customer, is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely disappointing to be taken advantage of, especially by a business with such a high rating. I’m sharing this so others are aware and stay vigilant. Double-check your repairs, no matter how trustworthy a shop may appear.
Absolutely awesome. They fixed everything done wrong from another shop. Fair honest should be their name. More than fair pricing and a quick return of vehicle. Great people great work will not go to another after this experience. Thanks boys you guys are outstanding
I send everyone here! They have worked on our cars and my daughter’s car. Honest Fast Fair - what else can I say. Give these guys a chance. New brakes, oil change, water pump, anti freezer - leak they do it all.
