The whole experience with Level plumbing was impressive from start to finish; from the first communication on the phone to schedule the time to the final work. The plumbers Ben and Cameron were extremely professional in their manner, their communication and of course with their work. They were clear and very personable. It was so refreshing to deal with plumbers who were knowledgeable and confident. I will certainly continue to use Level and recommend the Level team to others.
I was very happy with the service from Level Plumbing and in particular with Carl who was excellent and Customer service rep Deborah who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I fully intend to use Level Plumbing again in a few months when I am able to do the job that Carl quoted in. I can’t speak more highly of Carl - not just his experience and customer service but his hard work while here, sorting out a few issues with water pressure as well as unblocking the toilet. Because of his service and Deborah’s support I will definitely be coming back! I hope highly recommend Level Plumbing as a trustworthy and reliable service.
Highly recommend Level Plumbing. Had a new Roof Solar Panel and Water System replaced in Jacka. Very professional, hard working and did an awesome job. Big thanks to Oliver, Jarrod, Ethan and Mark. Did not hesitate to get a smaller job completed by Level Plumbing shortly afterwards by Oliver and Ethan. No leaking taps now! Yay. Big thanks to John (Service Manager) for awesome customer service, getting work organised promptly and responses were quick. Will definitely use Level Plumbing in my next place. Fantastic service from Level Plumbing! Carl came out to fix our blocked drain and did an exceptional job. He quickly identified the issue, ran a camera through the line, and explained everything clearly with great, timely advice. He was quick to respond, professional, and very easy to work with. Really impressed with the quality of his work. Highly recommend Level Plumbing and Carl for any plumbing needs!
My toilets were making gurgling noises – ‘that’s not good’… Cut a long story short… Deborah got ‘her boys’ on the job! That’s Level Plumbing. The Level plumbing team turned up promptly; they were really friendly, professional and explained what was what and that I needed an ‘inspection riser’ and yes, the sewage drains cleared. The team didn’t muck around… they identified the problem, told me the solution and managed my expectations and did it! Amazing like clock-work - it happened. Even the senior guys got ‘dirty’… There was minimal disruption to my household and they even did a bit of landscaping to finish the job off. As promised, the team liaised and spurred the local utility organisation to step-up and respond and take on their bit. At one stage I thought that the bomb disposal units had arrived with all the flashing lights and flood lights – but it was the utility guys working at night! Further, Rob, Al and Max worked their magic and got the utility organisation to stump-up and as a result I was very pleased that it reduced the bill. That really exceeded my expectation. It would probably been impossible for me, as a client, to have achieved such a result and in a timely way. Of course I HIGHY recommend Level plumbing… the previous (un-named) so-called professional plumber didn’t have the foggiest - and said that I would have to attempt to liaise with the utility organisation and he wished me luck with that… It was a no brainer; I got the ‘A-Team” (Level Plumbing) in... yes, yes Deborah was right, I was a wally for going elsewhere initially. Not all plumbers are the solution! Level plumbing ARE the solution. (See photos attached - Seeing is believing)
