Edward and his team are simply wonderful to work with. We have entrusted him with a full range of things, from restoring family heirloom watches, to simple watch band replacements, and even having him craft the most wonderful custom ring. He is professional, prompt, and his work has been of the most consistent, beautiful quality. I would absolutely recommend utilizing his services as a local, ethical jeweler. I cannot speak highly enough of business (or his sweet pup Goldie who is sure to greet you in-store every time you’re there).
Ed is the most honest businessman I have ever worked with. He did everything he could to make sure I was taken care first and foremost. 100% recommend using him as your jeweler for all the things Rings, diamonds, necklaces.
I brought in a delicate gold necklace with a broken chain, and it looks better than ever now! The staff is very friendly, and their dogs are even friendlier (but very calm and quiet). Repairing the chain cost $30 and it was cleaned and taken good care of. I was able to find street parking right in front of their store, and was in and out quickly. I would not hesitate to return for any future jewelry repair or purchase needs. Thank you!
I cannot say enough things about Ed! He is incredible. He’s truly a craftsman, his work can speak for itself. He can take any vision and turn it into something stunning. I had an issue with my engagement ring that I purchased from another retailer having a loose poorly set stone, They were unable to secure the stone and told me that it was a little loose. I took it to Ed and he fixed it immediately. We chose our wedding bands. My engagement ring was a unique Twist and Ed custom built a band that he melted from my aunts set and I got to watch that part!
Truthfully we primarily picked this place for the cute puppy, but we were so thrilled with the service and expertise that Ed and his team gave us! We walked in with a special ring that was difficult to resize given the pattern, and they were able to get a perfect fit within just a few minutes! Definitely will be back with any jewelry needs.
