We had Liberty come out to help demo and build new concrete steps for our business. They were so easy to work with and did a great job. Scheduling the work was painless and they were able to come out quickly. The crew was friendly and they worked hard. I saw the care and detail they put into the final product and it shows. We certainly will use Liberty again and would recommend them.
I hired Liberty to mow my property. They performed that service twice, April 26th and May 4th. The first time I was happy with the job. The second visit was not the same. It appeared that the entire lawn was done with a weed-wacker as some areas were very short and others had grass as long as 7”. It was very choppy and had no defined rows. In addition to that, one of the downspouts was stepped on and crushed, and four young trees that I planted last fall were damaged by the weedwacker. Hopefully they survive. After emailing the company (Monday) and-getting no response, I tried to call them (Tues ) but they weren’t answering the phone and their mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message regarding my concerns. Based on the lack of communication, I decided not to continue using their services which I told them in an email (Wednesday). That evening I received a response which mainly addressed their reason for not responding in a more timely manor but absolutely nothing regarding the damage done and the poor job performed. I would not recommend this company. UPDATE: In response to your explanation . . . As far as my timeline goes, I’ll give you that. I may not have been accurate. There was definitely more than one “Mohawk” row. The entire front and back lawns were chopped. So were my new trees. The pictures speak for themselves. Maybe it wasn’t a weed-wicker. I said that it appeared to be a weed-wacker. Whatever it was, it wasn’t good. I will not pay someone to come in and damage my property, would you?
John and his team did an amazing job. Our yard and flower beds had become an overgrown mess. They came in and worked hard until the job was done and done right. We can now sit back and enjoy our beautiful yard. Thanks John and team, we appreciate your hard work!!!
Liberty Lawn did a great job considering my backyard was overrun with leaves. Somehow they managed to get all the leaves from the backyard through a small gate to the road for pick up. They managed to do all this in two hours which was even better.
Once again John and family did a excellent job. They cleaned the beds mulched and best of all made my lovely happy on our anniversary. Thank you again!
