Yullanda is amazing at what she does!! She’s got great energy and she really does her best to get you back your biggest refund. She will take care of you and not take advantage like some tax places. Come here and see her to get your taxes done you won’t be disappointed! 💞🙏🏽

My experience with Liberty Tax was horrible. The first time I went in I was getting a refund of $6,300. Then 3 days later they called me and told me I owed $4,600. Which was wrong again because they took my reimbursements from my Roth account and edited as taxable income. I went back and they told me I actually owed $1550. I was assured that that was the tax form that was actually submitted to the IRS. They told me to shred the form that showed I owed $4,600. I paid the $1550 and about a month later I got a bill from the IRS saying I owed them an additional $3,300. The reason being is because they submitted the second form that showed I owed $4,600. I had to go back to them again and it was sent over to Roselle. She was supposed to call me a few days later to let me know what was going on I never received a call so I had to make another appointment with them. Now I owe $1486. So they had to submit an amended tax form. Needless to say I will never use them again and I would really think about it if you plan on using them. I finally got this all worked out in the month of August. Worst service ever and the supervisor/manager Rozelle is not very friendly and does not listen.

There were 8 people in my group who went to this location to have our taxes done and Heather did all of our returns. I was very skeptical about going to Liberty Tax because of the previous owner, but let me tell you, I am so glad we decided to go there because Heather was so professional, courteous, and very friendly. She made sure understood everything about our taxes and she even took the time and patience to help my parents understand their taxes in Spanish. As long as Heather is there, Liberty Tax will have forever customers.

Drove an hour to get to my appointment only to be told the lady has to cancel my appointment because she has personal business to take care of. She called me, while I was driving to my appointment, so I couldn't answer. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I was a return customer but will not be using this poorly ran Liberty Tax location again. Not only due to this inconvenience but also because the woman was extremely rude, very unpleasant and unprofessional. There was also 2 other people that showed up and got canceled on.
