Incredibly curated. The collection of books are thought provoking, informative, irreverent, and imaginative. It was incredibly hard to choose which 10 to walk out with. There is an inviting reading corner, too. If they served coffee or tea I would have never left. Hands down best bookstore I’ve been in, and we’ll be back next trip to Montreal.
This shop has been on my list for a while -as a local Montrealer I don’t visit the Old Port often. This book shop is absolutely worth it - you can tell it’s a project of passion. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful local supportive space!
If I could give this bookstore 6 stars I would. Best bookshop in Montreal. One of the workers there and I chatted for a while and she shared her book recommendations with me, I really enjoyed that! They have a lot of educational books along with fiction. There’s a lot to learn! They have a beautiful area where you can sit and read. They also have a lot of events so I recommend following their social media.
An institution of culture, music, and literature. Manged bythe icon Narcyand his kind wife Sundus. A must visit for anyone passing by the old port and avid book lovers. I always wanted to attend one of their community gathering. Happy corner and enjoy your visit 🤓✌️🍁🇨🇦
The most beautiful bookstore I have ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing, filled with art and colour. Music and vibe was great. I loved it! I talked to the store owner and she said she opened the bookstore as an “art project” rather than a bookstore, but it is still a bookstore at the end of the day. I found that so beautiful. I got their tote bag because the art on it is really nice, sturdy tote bag and has a pocket too.
