Fantastic library that offer much more than just books. The classes they offer for FREE are diverse and approachable. So happy to call it my home library.
Good library, very beautiful, helpful staff, but the homeless are everywhere, obviously high. They follow you into the elevators in a threatening manner, and the bathrooms are full of them. The bookstore is excellent, but be careful with the surroundings. I suggest you go in a group.
If you're a music collector with a wide musical taste like me then this is an incredible bookstore to visit! They frequently have sales and I *always* walk away with a nice new stack for my radio and iPod. (Paul Hardcastle, Korn, Marina and the Diamonds, Green Day, Lady Gaga, ZZ Top, Anita Baker, Nina Simone, Above & Beyond, Pearl Jam, Enya, The Prodigy; just to name some awesome artists I've been able to collect more of here!) They also carry tons of movies, TV shows, and books. I've even found quite a bit of manga here for my collection! The store is always clean and all the employees are friendly. PS: I'll make sure I "pay it foward"!
Excellent prices, great selection. I am excited I got to come by during business hours and will make a point to visit periodically. This trip saved me 12 bucks on an Amazon purchase and it helps out thr local Library. Double win, really.
I had to hunt, but I walked away with 7 books and 2 quarterly magazines for only $13! Some really nice hardcovers there as well.
