Honestly can’t recommend Lightbulb Media enough. Having worked with them for a few months now, they’re just a breath of fresh air to deal with. We commissioned Lightbulb to completely redo our website and the end product was fantastic. We recently commissioned Lightbulb Media for a two-hour marketing strategy session. We’re at a critical point in our business where we have ambitious goals, a newly expanded team and we want to get the best people involved to support us through the growing pains. We’ve previously collaborated with Lightbulb on other projects and know we can 100% trust their judgement. They bring a phenomenal amount of insight from their extensive experience of working with SME’s and their expertise always steers us in the right direction. Lewis delivered a clear, effective strategy session focused largely around our 90-day targets. He was realistic about the results we could expect to achieve in that time frame whilst being supportive, encouraging and creative with his suggestions. There was also a broader discussion around our long-term goals to make sure the short-term actions would tie in with them effectively. He packed the session with ideas that could be implemented quickly and explained how they would support our specific aims of increased audience engagement on socials, increased website traffic and a higher conversion rate for our flagship service. Lewis also brought his characteristic blend of humour and candour to the session to make it as enjoyable as it was informative. We left with a clear understanding of the direction and aims of our marketing strategy and the specific steps we need to implement it. The clarity has given us the momentum to execute more actions in a week than in an average month and we feel so much more confident thanks to our renewed focus.
