Lilygrass did a fantastic job with the flower design and set up for our wedding. The wedding was absolutely stunning and their flowers just brought it to the next level. I truly loved my bouquet and I would highly Reccomend her for all your florist needs!
My mom's 80th birthday is today. I went to Lilygrass last week to order a table arrangement. I described what I'd like, what her favorite flowers and colors are, and how much I could spend. They put together a beautiful arrangement! It's just lovely, and the minute they brought it out this morning, I had to exclaim that she would love it. I'm from out of town, but if I ever need arrangements while I'm here in OKC, I'll definitely return to Lilygrass! She got many compliments from friends and family on the flowers. THANK YOU!
Prepaid over the phone for an order two days ago for a daddy daughter dance; went to pick them up today and they didn't even know I had an order. Had to show them proof Id paid them then they had to listen to the recording of the phone call where I placed my order before they believed me. They made them super fast but I'm pretty sure I got the leftover wilted flowers. Disappointing. Hopefully they will last for the dance. She did call my husband back and spoke to him very unprofessional and very aggressively. She took no responsibility for the condition the flowers. Definitely never going back.
Alicia and her incredible team are hands down, the absolute best! They did the floral arrangements for my wedding in January and I am still getting compliments on how FABULOUS my flowers were! Truly, the work Alicia did on my florals was outstanding and she was the florist of my dreams! I would recommend the team at Lilygrass anytime!
I have been purchasing flowers from Lilygrass for many, many years. Absolutely the best flower arrangements money can buy. Customer service is always top notch. Shoot they even know me by name. The owner (Alicia) is the sweetest person you could ask for. I have always been a last minute romantic. I can't count the times I've come flying into Lilygrass at a quarter til 5pm needing flowers for the love of my life. I have no sense of style so I rely upon the owner's expertise to put together a floral arrangement. Let me tell you they come through everytime. In a matter of minutes they together the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen. To top it all off, the flowers last for well over a week some times even longer (with proper water refreshment of course). I cannot boast enough about Lilygrass and all of the employees. If ever there was a problem with my order (which there has never been one). I am 100% sure the owner would do everything in their power to make it right. If ever you need flowers for any type of occasion, Lilygrass Flowers & Decor is the best place to go.
