If you are looking for an independently owned store and gift shop packed with goodies that are thoughtfully purchased with the makers in mind, Lion and Blue is your space. They have unique items that include jewelry, clothing, cards, Birkenstocks, books, thoughtful spiritual gifts, bags and purses, journals, etc. The owners are champions of the community and thoughtful, kind humans. The shop is a real treasure in Lakewood. Bonus - There are other businesses on the block such as Root Cafe, Flame and Fable, Record Exchange.

This shop has a collection of things from all over the world. Very unique. The customer service is superb. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The place smells great too! I almost forgot to mention, they offer gift wrapping.

Found the perfect Birkenstock shoes that were so comfortable, I was able to work all day in a trade show setting. Lots of walking. Loved the white blouse, perfect for the occasion. Update: Birkenstock shoes were excellent for a show that I worked in North Carolina.
